When I say the interview was very easy. I interpret the question as how did the interviewer make me feel. In the beginning I was very nervous but Cassidy sensed this and made me at ease and feel welcome. He asked very good questions that were direct and to the point but the best part was his listening skills. This is what made it easy. Some interviewers can have a superior attitude and all you want to do is run, not in this case. Cassidy made me want to work for this company.
