The most difficult was when a programmer came in to interview me and asked me to read code on the board. I am a technical writer, so I didn't read code.
It was a number of set questions mixed in with an open discussion about my experience, my knowledge of Health Assured and what I could bring to the role. It came across very strongly that they wanted to ascertain my values and work ethic along with the more typical interview questions.

They asked about previous experiences and projects. What type of projects I took on previously, what industry, what tools I used, how big my previous teams were, etc.
Will you be able to deliver a high volume of output with little time?
how much do you know about the company? what makes the ideal job? what timings and pay do you expect? how often can you work overtime? why do you want to work here? will you agree to sign a bond for a year?
