Absolute BS. Questions were - Are you an introvert or extrovert? (If you answered ambivert the guy will give you an unnecessary lecture), Why HR? (If you say you have any other interests other than HR again some more lecturing), Family background? (No family in HR so you shouldn’t be doing HR), Future plans? (If you say MBA 10 years down the line and say you’ll select a specialization at the time of, he’ll question why not make a decision to specialize in your MBA 10 years down the line in HR only?), oh also, Work ex? Irrelevant if you have done it at companies better or bigger than ACME (jealousy issues i guess?), he also asked me where i was born and the moment i said i was born and brought up in a country abroad he made a side eye, i cannot emphasize how irritating and bratty this guy was.
