Finally the selected only girls and mainly from the end. I was not able to answer a question, however i consequently realised the explanation provided by the interviewer was completely wrong.

Suppose that while you are working on implementing a new process in the company you need to get the approval of another department that is also involved in this process. However, the person in the second department does not approve of this new process. How would you go about it to reach an agreement?

You've been working on an innovation project to increase the efficiency of shipments, ensuring every truck is loaded to full capacity as this represents the best use of Unilever resources and also reduces our environmental impact. In a meeting with customer service, it becomes clear that your objective of efficient shipments is in conflict with theirs. So tell me - What would you say or do to resolve this disagreement? - How would you encourage the customer service team to reach an agreement? - What do you believe is the customer service team's main priority? - Who else might you draw on for support?
