It's general but the "why did you do it THAT way?" question is always tough. You know, as a developer, there were 12 different ways to meet the requirements and several that may have been better than what you chose.

General .NET architectural stuff like OOP Database 3 Tier architecture Rest calls JSON , JQuery and other JS libraries. CTO kind of aware of most technologies but they are not using most of it . They grap any project from the client all the way from mobile to windows forms.
What prompts your move from a big financial company in nyc to a startup ?
Write a function that will return the number of set bits in a 32-bit number in the fewest steps possible.
