I can't remember any in particular but there were not a lot of the dreaded "Tell me a time when" questions, which made it a lot easier to speak to things that I have done without trying to think of specifics. This is what made the interview process so pleasant because I was able to learn about the company through conversation and it didn't feel like I was being interrogated.
Imagine the company wanted to have an expedition on the moon, a big Neil Armstrong moment. You are put in charge of this expedition from the initial planning stage to the return. Detail the steps you would take from start to finish.
Same as for an Operations Manager position. They usually like to hit all the 14 leadership principles for examples of questions to get an idea of your fit.
