What is the most interesting thing about you
Since the call centre, Zipcar campaign specifically has prolonged hours of working, how are you going to balance it with your social life and are you going to be able to have some balance there?
Upon finding out my qualifications and experience the interviewer ask why did I not look for job that goes well with my qualification and another question I was asked if should they take me would I drop CCI just because I found something better?
They gave me a scenario of a difficult customer who demands a discount to test my problem solving skills and my thinking process.
