One of the things I was asked which was different in this interview, and it has a direct link to the company's work ethics and work habits, was: "Your employee is about to finish a 2 week stay abroad and has notified you he cannot stay and must be back home to handle some pressing matters. You have been requested to PERSUADE him to stay for a few more days. What are you going to do?"

The interviewers were really senior people and asked a lot on my experience, they made me explain all the domains I had been exposed to and also the basic management practices that I had followed during the various projects I had worked on. They asked me quite a few questions on BFSI domain, Dotnet technology and SCRUM practices
