Nothing - I met with most of the sr management, including the CEO and it was very conversational. They were very interested in my involvement in the category, which I really liked. They were absolutely testing my passion and involvement in the category, which in my experience is a unique approach. Since I am a passionate quilter / crafter, this posed no problems for me, but you better know the category you are applying for really well, or they won't be interested.

Questions were very expected based on the pre-interview mixer, day before.
The office mgr was not there the day of the interview but gave the hiring mgr some questions to ask me, and when I asked to explain the question the current staff could not answer the questions either
