What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Mostly behavioral questions ("Tell me about a time when...", "Do you have experience with X...", etc. Although not a major part of the interview, I did receive some high level questions about the business from one interviewer ("What was Revenue last year?", "What are some of the company's biggest challenges?"). All of which could have been prepared for by reviewing the company 10K, which is expected of a financial position at this level.

Details around prior experience directly related to the job description. No trick questions. Straight forward. VP level interview is to get additional insight into how you fit into the team environment.
Why are you the best fit for the job?
Irrelevant questions from a pamphlet that had nothing whatsoever to do with the position I was interviewing for.
