I was asked what my salary expectations were at the first interview, and then again before the final interview. I openly shared my expectations, however, the offer I received was so much lower that I consider the time and effort invested into the recruitment process as wasted. The company should be transparent about what they can offer since the beginning.

Al colloquio personale mi sono state poste domande molto comuni ai colloqui di lavoro: come per esempio "perché hai deciso di cambiare lavoro?", "come hai gestito situazioni di difficoltà nel tuo attuale ambiente lavorativo?", "dove ti vedi tra 5/10/20 anni?".
