Personal questions, to analyze the type of cultural fit I would had and the capacity to take on a recently developed market with the objective of making it expand. From a technical perespective, I recieved portfolio questions, technical questions about the biggest obstacles of the product, how to manage customer near churn, how to make sure the teams work together in a cross-team engaged environment, and essentially how I would manage stressfull and complicated situations that come from an already well established portfilio.
