How have you been challenged in the past, and how did you react? How did you react when you disagreed with a colleague/manager, and what did you do? Why didn't you do that? Why did you make that decision that way? With which team (e.g., sales, customer success, product, etc.) would you prefer to work and why? I don't remember the questions precisely, but they want to understand how you think and get concrete examples of what you achieved in the past.
