Es wurden mehrere Karten mit verschiedenen (sehr positiven) Eigenschaften gezeigt. Man sollte 3 Karten auswählen, die einen selbst am besten beschreiben. Dann sollte man noch eine Eigenschaft aus den übriggebliebenen Karten auswählen, bei welcher man noch Verbesserungspotential bei sich sieht. Es geht also darum, zu sehen bei welcher dieser sehr positiven Eigenschaften der Bewerber noch Verbesserungspotential sieht. Ansonsten waren es viele Fragen zum Lebenslauf.
