Essentially the meeting started off with no introduction on what hardware or software was utilized within their building. However, they immediately jumped into "The 2nd floor's internet connection is down what do you do". This led to me answering in a way based on assumptions. "If this was the case, then I would do this. However if you had this technology then I would do that".
