the HR representative took over the interview and asked me a lot more questions than the Desk Support Manager, who should have been the one who recruited someone to help her. It was an hour and thirty-five minutes long. I think I responded to maybe 20 of their questions. They agreed to update me early next week and provide the agent with their evaluation of my performance during the interview as soon as possible. But regrettably, that never happened.
