How do you engage with a end user who had called up and ask to fix his computer issue?
Interviewer asked lot of question.
Discovery - obtaining relevant information about the job to see whether I fit as a potential candidate. Questions were asked around my previous experience and the potential relevancy to Onfido's current tool set. Interviews - several interviews were conducted with potential team, HR and senior management. Questions were based around relevancy of previous experience, tools used, cultural fit and expectations. Feedback - finally another meeting was arranged to discuss feedback of interviews conducted previously, my feedback and thoughts and company feedback and thoughts. Offer - finally once successful in the process I was offered a job and accepted immediately!
How do you find computer name on a PC?
They asked me a multitude of questions in relation to my technical abilities and skillset on my CV as well as what I was like as a person outside of work. Main word of advice is to read their job description so you can cover their bases.
How did you implement the CI/CD system in your former role?
Technical, Team Lead conducting the interview was very friendly and polite.Did not put any pressure on me, was judging my confidence and technical knowledge. The project manager was also very nice and listened to my answers patiently. The HR team was also very cooperative.
