There wasn't a question that was asked that was unexpected. The most difficult was "Why do you want this job?"
I wasn't expecting questions about electrical principles, since my position did not involve working directly with the products we sell. If you don't have a technical background and aren't interviewing for a technical position, it's probably okay to admit you don't know the answers. This may not apply to other areas, I can only speak for myself.
If a key member of your team left, what would you do?
If you had to pick an application that you were most comfortable with, which would you pick?
What attracted you to this position?
Why did you want to work at TD?
