No silly questions. Actually pretty decent. Did not feel like they trying to catch you with "Pants down"

One question was about being OK with upheaval and turmoil. The Hiring Manager indicated that there was constant change in the company and that they are just beginning to get their act back together, and was I OK with that. She said, if I disliked change and turmoil I would not like it there.
