For the departmental manager round: Everything about Active Directory. Just memorize the 70-640 study guide, plus all the new stuff since Server 2008, and you'll be fine. If you've set up a half dozen networks over the years, and not really dug into all the capabilities and bits and really gotten into the terminology and functions, you're not prepared nearly enough for these guys.
Expect lots of low-level technology questions (networking, AD, etc.).
