Several of the questions asked were typical interview questions such as "why do you want this position?", "what challenges do you foresee overcoming in this position?" and even a couple scenario questions like "you see two employees gossiping about another, how do you address this situation?" There was one in particular that stood out to me and it pertained along the lines of "In this position, how would you raise public interest and community inclusion for the company and their customers?"

Tell me about a failure.
Are you willing to travel and work varied hours?
Tell us about a time when you pushed yourself to achieve a goal you wanted? Did you reach your goal? How did you prepare to achieve your goal? Did you set a new challenge for yourself after getting this goal?
Tell me of a time when you faced a difficult situation with a co-worker?
Where do you see yourself after 5 years? Do you have APICS certification?
