The most difficult part of the interview/training process was a poster hung on a wall in which you were supposed to count each product of a different kind and write it down. Be careful to look for products behind others that do no match the product in front of them and add them to the correct total.

I believe everyone who applies is hired because when I went in for what I thought was an interview there were 4 others and we were talked to at the same time and were all told to come back for training.
They just wondered when you were available to work - they were ready to train any warm bodies.
Honestly, there were very few of the "usual" interview questions, it was more of a "get to know you" session. Be yourself. If you're sitting in the interview, you already have the job, they're just going through the motions.
