Its been 5 years but what I really remember was them asking me if I wanted to advance in my career, if I would be willing to take the necessary steps to get certified and all of that.
No difficult or unexpected questions were posed in my interview. Closest contender for "difficult" would be "how do you feel about initiating conversations with strangers?"
never really asked us our input if we had prior training. did not matter if you did or did not. just kept telling all new hires that there was room for advancement.
