They were asking questions on playbook and process and procedures on malware analysis. How does the network ports work during malware infection and what is the behavioral pattern of the machine in network etc.
Oh they asked quite a few questions and so did I. It wasn't just one thing they asked me.
One question I was asked was, “What are insecure ports and why do they pose a risk to an organization’s security?”
