There was not a difficult or unexpected question. The interview questions were pretty typical.

HR asked all kinds of situational questions - tell me about a time...... blah blah blah There were a series of these questions from HR. The hiring manager basically told me about her manager styles and discussions with her team members about the work they do. Not particular questions at all.

The part I appreciated the most was that they had me do a very thought provoking take home assignment. I think evaluating raw critical thinking skills is something more companies should implement, because it gives those who excel at it a tangible way to represent their skill set.
