I was given 2 questions on conditional probability. I feel an elevated difficulty in math questions as the competition in oil and gas industry is now more fierce. Fortunately, I also felt that if someone diligently prepares for all existing examples on Glassdoor, it should be sufficient to ace this phone interview.
What's you motivation of applying for this job as a materials science major
The questions were split into 3 categories. The first one category was about yourself and your experinces, the second was about how much you know about the type of work you would be doing with CGG (e.g. specific techniques) and last category was testing your basic mathematical skills.
