What skill set you look in the candidate to be recruited
Explain to me who you are or how you see yourself at your core? This is one of the deepest questions I have ever been asked. It's usually a loaded question, but I feel I answered it well.
Be able to give exercises for each major muscle group. Know why you want to be a trainer.
