Tell me about a time... fill in the blank, they asked too many behavioral questions!! The most annoying question was 'Tell me about a time that you had a disagreement with a coworker or colleague. How did you resolve it'. The question assumes I have had a disagreement. Maybe I haven't! And, these kinds of questions do not yield accurate behavioral responses. Every situation is different.
1)Tell me about a time you managed conflict and step me through the process. 2)What three words would your colleagues use to describe you? 3)Tell me about a time you had to manage ambiguity and step me through the process.
