Before the interview I had to complete the questionnaire which included questions to review my personality, skills and etc. The interview questions were general and nothing unexpected. We mostly tried to identify which position would be the match for me as they had few to offer. We discussed my personality and professional skills and where would they adapt better. After the conversation with the HR person the head of the department where I was applying was invited and he provided me a deeper introduction for the daily routines and challenges of the position. I rejected the offer due to the low salary offered.
