This differs by position - nothing unexpected
Pretty standard interview, other than work simulation which was ridiculous. Questions regarding multi tasking, project management, follow through and hr presence. How do you fit in with the company, etc.
There weren't any difficult questions, just know yourself well. Upon arrival, you do feel like you'll either fit in or not. They care a lot about having a hard work ethic and positivity, both which I look for in my work. But the environment just screams retail and not an environment I see myself succeeding in long-term.
