"What exactly do you want to do?" Instead of asking "where do you see yourself in five years", they asked me a very specific question. I feel this an important question for many reasons- 1. It made me think about the WORK that I want to do more than the JOB. 2. It got me thinking about the specificity of the work that I want to do. 3. Indirectly, the question also focuses on my skills. So I also started thinking about my strengths and how I can harness them. So this question not only gave an idea of who I am to the interviewers, it also made ME think about what I can do.
