First two interviews were more casual, second was more formal behavioral questions based on my past experiences. I always struggle to answer the "interview difficulty" question, because I think if it's the right job for you the interview should be sort of easy? In any case, it did feel like a more casual interview process than a lot of other places I've interviewed at, which was refreshing. It's more about seeing whether it's a good fit for both you and Elastic.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with a breach in confidentiality (or how would you deal with that)
How do you handle conflict
Experience on any HRIS Systems? Did you work on any data migration projects? How did you integrate SAP SuccessFactors with the other applications.
Nothing particularly abnormal for a regular HR interview. It was the constant switching from one person to another and building that rapport that was tiring. The process took maybe 3 hours.
