I was interrogated for over an hour. I was asked every question multiple times. To the point that the pattern of questioning was frustrating to say the least. My answers were twisted around and at one point when pointing out my emotional intellect as a strength I was accused of insinuating that lawyers aren't emotionally intelligent. It was offensive.

Interview was a shot gun of questions with half a dozen interviewers on one side of the conference table and myself on the other. Questions included things like how would you hold front line leaders accountable for the morale and turnover of their teams. Prepare for the interview by reviewing your experiences. Being ready for the behavior based types of questions. (Give me an example of a time when....What did you do to resolve this issue, etc). This was followed up by an interview at Corporate, with HR there.
