Asked mock scenarios such as what would you do if you noticed your client isn’t themselves etc.
Why do you want to work in customer service? (Me = Pardon me.....? Everything, in every business is customer service, no matter the field or product! Everyone works in customer service). Very strange question. I realized the interviewer had limited experience himself. He was not engaging at all. The interview was uncomfortable for me.
