I was asked to explain a time when I had an upset customer and what I did to calm them down? Did I have a problem working evenings, weekends, or possible holidays? How much call center experience did I have? Had I ever worked from home? If so, how long? Did I have a quiet place free from distractions where I would be able to work? Attendance is a very big deal breaker for them.
