I do not recall a most difficult or unexpected question. As long as you review a bunch of behavioral based questions then you should be fine. You should have at least 10 different situations for 10 different questions. You will most likely be able to use the same situation twice for two or more different questions.
If I called your last two bosses, what would they say they did not like or appreciate about you or your work ethic?
They were all basic behavioral time questions. No real surprises because they prepped you with them ahead of time.
where you see your self in 10 years?
What are your long term career goals? Though this is a straightforward questions, at 24 years old it's hard to conjure up what you want to achieve over the course of your career. I referred to my longing for management experiences, leadership opportunities, and the opportunity to work for a highly respected company.
What would your peers say is your greatest opportunity and would you agree or disagree?
Tell me about a time when you challenged someone to do a better job. Describe a person you have had the most difficulty motivating. Tell me about a time when you failed to deliver on a work commitment. Provide an example when you helped someone improve their work performance.
Nothing unusual, although the process took so long I barely remember the actual interview.
