It was a pretty typical interview as far as questions go...not pressured and very comfortable. Everyone in office likeable and kind...Even met CEO...Very nice person...Most difficult question was "you plan on staying with us for a long time right?" Of corse the answer is "yes" until you find out why people leave: Hindsite tells me the reason why most people leave was either pay (they have raised that since) or safety concerns...I dont know how other offices work but Carrizo Springs needs to execute SAFETY PROCEEDURES within management decisions...it has placed employees in dangerous situations that SHOULD/COULD have been avoided.
