How do you overcome setbacks?
Some problem solving questions, what do you like and not like most about software engineering. Motivational questions.
Describe a challenging time you faced outside of work/school and how you overcame it/learned from it
Technical: General programming questions combined with an interesting banking-related scenario. Very much enjoyed that part of the interview. General: Typical interview questions, with going over your CV, discussing personality, etc, but times this by 5, as 5 people will ask you these questions in sequence.
What is your 5years plan?
I'm not sure which part of the interview made them not want to call me back, but if I had to do it again, I would emphasize my programming ability and experience. That is what they really care about.
