Why do you want this job? How will you handle rejection when 19 out of 20 people will refuse to talk to you when you approach them? Basically they want to know if you are genuinely interested in the cause (child education). A lot of people apply for the job because Donorworx offer a higher than market average salary but they only hire people with a passion for community service.
