"How did your coming out experience go with family and friends?" "Can you define integrity and what it means to you?" "Tell us about yourself, your life and what you do, but you cannot mention or talk about work once or I will interrupt you and make you stop." I think they have this prompt so it seems like they care about you as an individual outside of work. Don't be fooled!
