Experience, accountability--showing up on time and calling in sick if REALLY sick. why I wanted to work at Hobby Lobby. After taking a math test, I was asked if I would like to be in custom framing rather than the 'cashier' position. Of course, I said "yes".
There were questions regarding customer service experience as well as any disability accommodations that may be needed. There was also a math test for a measure of basic competency.

Describe the most complicated craft project you've done.
The one question that I recall - its not the exact wording-- but it was about how would I complete a certain task? what did I think of someone who did the same task differently?

What was most unexpected (in my interview, at least,) was that there were not the typical high-pressure questions you might normally expect in an interview. I did get the "where do you see yourself in five years" question, so if you're applying for a full time job, expect to get that one.
