The questions were mostly geared to my experience. Tell me about a time when, etc. They definitely asked about my thoughts on AI, too. All of the other reviews are correct to say that they are obsessed with AI.
Majority of the questions were experience based. No competency based ones. The most unusual was, if there was to be a movie about me, what would the trailer look like.

How do I build partnerships, have I worked with regulators, what metrics do I look at to understand performance, how do I think about talent, what have my biggest accomplishments been, etc.
