The questions were easy.
Since I did a lot of reseach, there really wasn't any question that caught me off guard.
It was something along the lines of working with a fellow employee who was not doing their share of the work?
Give me a time when you took lead in a group to solve a problem? I've never done that before so I had to pull a situation out of my butt.
Almost all of the questions were situational...can't remember specifics now.
Describe a situation where you disagreed with a coworker and how was it resolved?
