PPL AERODYNAMICS Things you won’t be told in the interview •the travelling visa expenses, you won’t get it back, after 1yr me n all my colleagues have not received it •you’ll be sharing with your roommates until your contract ends, no solo accommodation as advertised •you’ll be training/working from 03:30 to 12:00 •the car you were promised, it’s a lie, you’ll be travelling in a mini bus with everyone •your training will take minimum 6months to 12months…which means, no exit visa for that period, no seeing family for that period, no leave for that period. You are stuck in the country •the company has the power to issue exit visa…you will not get it unless you are online, which can take a year •employees that are online are getting the same pay as trainees, which SAR8000. There is no full pay. The company is running at a loss, hence pay cut from SAR18000 to SAR8000 or SAR26000 to SAR8000. •the school is currently selling aircrafts to pay the staff •the diamond aircrafts are not maintained by a certified diamond mechanic, hence aircrafts breakdown frequently •people in Saudi Arabia hate the school, if you are seen with a Oxford Saudia emblem on you, you likely to get attacked. Ohhh, almost forgot… If you are married, whatever the contract says is a lie…you won’t be able to bring your wife with unless you fight tooth and nail… Ohh…the school is currently sued by hundreds of students for not delivering/performing. Since the establishment, the school only produced less than 6 commercial pilots
