The questions are very much geared towards your role and your back ground. Don't just go in expecting to answer questions, be part of the process and open to asking as well as they are very open to sharing.
Besides generic CV based questions, the CEO and President asked questions which frankly were red flags, such as (paraphrasing): 1. How would you approach budget cuts/layoffs (maybe because they recently did or are planning some?) 2. Why is there a 14 year gap in your CV (there is no gap, the interviewer did not pay attention to what's written in my CV or my detailed introduction that I gave literally a few minutes prior).
