There no unexpected questions. Because you work from home they are looking for how well you self-manage and deal with issues as they arise. So be prepared for that.
They asked about experience/interest working with adult learners in higher education.
Though I had to select SLC as the interview location, it was all done online through adobe connect. Walk me through your resume Why do you want to work at Western Governor's What do you know about our university What can you bring to the table Why should we select you If a student is late on an assignment how would you encourage them to get it done
How do you feel about foreign clients. I am comfortable with them; the woman/family is here for a safe rewarding birth and I want to provide that family experience for them when possible.

In the group interview we each had to facilitate learning a topic in 10 minutes.
The interview was pretty straight-forward. No trick questions.
The training session it was over several weeks one night a week. But well worth having that level of introduction to their teaching method and the school.
