"Have you ever..." asking me if I had performed a task/had experience in something that quite obviously I did not have and they would have realized this prior to the in person interview. Was wondering why this wasn't asked during the phone screen --if that particular experience was so crucial to getting the job we could all have been spared a lot of time and effort when I said I did not have it over the phone.
