Standard for the industry. I was asked if I had written a maintenance plan for commercial equipment during one interview, I didn't feel I answered it well so the next interview, I brought the maintenance plan that I had written for said equipment.
Was asked by the hiring manager my opinion of the other interviewers i had already spoken to.
