When i was applying I interviewed with both enrollment managers, 4 out of 6 of the team leads at the time, and the VP of enrollment. Their process has since changed.

How do you handle conflict
Nothing out of the ordinary. You'll be asked something along the lines of "When was the last time you had to deal with a difficult or upset customer, and how did you handle it?" Once you answer, they'll ask you more specific questions, based upon that answer.
Focus on fit throughout the process - not only your fit for the role, but also the company being a fit for you as an employee. Take-home assignment included in interview process.
