Check the logic and personality test section to get more insights The HR interview is pretty dumb. They want you to go through the cultural deck of Gelato and memorize the slides so at the end of the day you can find if you are hardworking (not smart working). You won't disagree with your manager. You will go extra mile to complete a task etc. The cultural fit talks about the same. I'm happy i was not selected
